Life doesn’t always seem to go as planned. Many challenges arise that are difficult to navigate on our own. Therapy is a helpful tool in finding solutions and creating continued fulfillment and happiness in life. I believe in you and look forward to helping you reach your goals. With over 25 years of experience, I have an appreciation for the challenges people face and their ability to discover solutions.
Clients acknowledge me for listening and providing them with quality tools and advice. My office is a comfortable setting where people feel safe to openly share without feeling judged. I have experience working with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, faith transitions, mixed faith relationships, addictions, and healing from trauma. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
Whatever your challenge is, I'm confident there are solutions that can lead to peace and healing. Therapy can be a life changing decision that you never regret.
Please give me a call and together we can determine if therapy is right for you and how to move forward. I have a flexible schedule with some evening appointments available. I’m available for Telehealth appointments, if that is preferred.
Thanks,
Ben
